5.02 If you have purchased a package and not used any part of it (for example, if none of the included email credits have been utilised), you may be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user found to be infringing on a copyright.
6.03 You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service, and you are responsible for protecting those rights. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any Content posted by you or any third party on or through the Service. However, by posting Content using the Service, you grant us the right and licence to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You agree that this licence includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms. This clause does not apply to material you upload to the Hosted Material feature or to our free tools, which is governed exclusively by the narrower licences described in sections 25 and 26 below.

("Infringement") of any person or entity.
13.02 If you are a copyright owner or an authorised agent of one, and you believe that any Content available on or through the Service infringes upon your
copyright, you may submit a notification via email to support@getrepped.co.uk with the subject line "Copyright Infringement".
Please include in your notice a detailed description of the alleged Infringement, as outlined under the "DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims" below.
13.03 You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and legal fees) for any misrepresentation or bad-faith claims regarding the infringement of any Content on or through the Service on your copyright.

15. Error Reporting & Feedback
15.01 You may provide us with information and feedback regarding errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, or other matters related to our Service ("Feedback").
You can do so directly via email at support@getrepped.co.uk or through any third-party platforms we may use for feedback.
15.02 You acknowledge and agree that: (i) you will not retain, acquire or assert any intellectual property right or other right, title or interest in or to the Feedback;
(ii) the Company may have development ideas similar to the Feedback; (iii) the Feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information from you or any third party;
and (iv) the Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback.
15.03 In the event that the transfer of ownership of the Feedback is not possible due to applicable mandatory laws, you grant the Company and its affiliates an exclusive,
transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge, sub-licensable, unlimited and perpetual licence to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, publish,
distribute and commercialise the Feedback in any manner and for any purpose. 16. Links to Other Websites
16.01 Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Get Repped Ltd.
16.02 Get Repped Ltd. has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
16.03 YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT GET REPPED LTD. SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS CAUSED OR ALLEGED TO BE CAUSED BY OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY SUCH CONTENT,
GOODS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH ANY SUCH THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES OR SERVICES.
16.04 We strongly advise you to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
17. Disclaimer of Warranty
17.01 THE SERVICE AND ALL SERVICES AND ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN.
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED FROM US IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
17.02 NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH THE COMPANY MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY,
RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE. Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor anyone associated with the Company represents or
warrants that the Service, its content, or any services or items obtained through the Service will be accurate, reliable, error-free or uninterrupted; that defects will be
corrected; that the Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components; or that the Service or any services or items obtained
through the Service will otherwise meet your needs or expectations.
17.03 TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
17.04 The foregoing does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Limitation of Liability
18.01 EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, YOU WILL HOLD US AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS HARMLESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, HOWEVER IT ARISES (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES AND ALL RELATED COSTS AND EXPENSES OF LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION, WHETHER AT TRIAL OR ON APPEAL, IF ANY,
AND WHETHER OR NOT LITIGATION OR ARBITRATION IS INSTITUTED), WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY CLAIM FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM A BREACH OF THESE TERMS BY YOU OR ANY VIOLATION BY YOU OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW
OR REGULATION, EVEN IF THE COMPANY HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
18.02 EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF LIABILITY IS FOUND ON THE PART OF THE COMPANY, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES,
AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
18.03 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If applicable law does not permit the limitation of liability for certain damages,
then some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
18.04 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. This includes, for the avoidance of doubt,
liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms also do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
19. Termination
19.01 We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion,
for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
19.02 If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
19.03 All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including,
without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.
20. Governing Law
20.01 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales,
without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Get Repped Ltd. agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have
exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service.
20.02 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable
for any reason, then such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms
will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede and
replace any prior agreements we might have had with you regarding the Service.
21. Changes to Service
21.01 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice.
We will not be liable if, for any reason, all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts
of the Service (or the entire Service) to users, including registered users.
22. Amendments to Terms
22.01 We may update or amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
22.02 Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms signifies that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
22.03 By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorised to use the Service.
23. Waiver & Severability
23.01 No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of
such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Similarly, any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms
shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
23.02 If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid,
illegal or unenforceable for any reason, then such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms will
continue in full force and effect.
24. Email Service Terms
24.01 Our Service includes functionality to send emails on your behalf to talent industry professionals, including agents, casting directors, producers and other industry contacts. By using this feature, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
24.02Email Deliverability: While we strive to maintain high deliverability standards and aim for a delivery rate above 90%, we cannot guarantee that all emails will be delivered or will avoid spam filters. Email deliverability depends on many factors including your sending reputation, email content, recipient email provider policies, and the accuracy of recipient contact information at the time of sending. You acknowledge and accept that no email sending service can guarantee 100% deliverability, and variations in delivery rates do not constitute a defect in the Service or grounds for a refund.
24.03Email Content: You are solely responsible for email content sent through our platform. We do not pre-approve email content and are not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or legality of your communications.
24.04Service Limitations: We may implement sending limits, rate limiting, or other restrictions to maintain service quality and prevent abuse.
24.05Database Accuracy and Email Pingbacks: We strive to maintain an accurate and up-to-date database through regular audits. However, agencies and production companies may close, and industry professionals may change positions or contact details between audit cycles. If you receive email pingbacks, bounce notifications, or automated responses indicating that a recipient is no longer reachable at the address provided (for example, "This person no longer works here" or similar messages), you may report these to support@getrepped.co.uk by forwarding the original bounce or response. Upon verification, we will update our database and credit your account with one (1) email credit per valid reported record. We reserve the right to withhold, reduce, or reclaim credits where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of this policy, or where the reported bounce does not constitute a genuine deliverability failure (for example, temporary server errors, full inboxes, or user-initiated blocks).
24.06Pingbacks and Refunds: The receipt of email pingbacks, bounces, or non-delivery notifications is a normal and expected occurrence in professional email outreach and does not constitute a failure of the Service. You are not entitled to a refund of your purchase price on the basis of email pingbacks or bounced emails. Our sole obligation in respect of undeliverable emails caused by outdated contact information in our database is the credit policy described in clause 24.05 above. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
24.07Database Maintenance: We perform regular audits of our database to verify that contact information is current and accurate. However, we do not warrant that all records will be accurate at the time of your use, as changes to personnel and contact details within agencies, casting houses and production companies occur continuously. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis with respect to database accuracy, subject to our commitment to regular maintenance and our credit policy for reported inaccuracies.
24.08No Guarantee of Meetings, Representation or Outcomes: Get Repped is an automation tool and database service designed to facilitate connections between actors, writers, directors and industry professionals. We do not guarantee meetings, auditions, representation, commissions, options, sales, or any specific outcomes from using our Service. Your success in securing meetings with agents, casting directors, producers or other industry professionals depends on multiple factors outside our control, including but not limited to your experience, training, the quality of your materials (such as headshots, showreels, scripts or films), market demand, timing, and the subjective preferences of industry professionals. The Service is provided as a tool to streamline outreach; results will vary based on individual circumstances.
24.09Recipient Responses and Policies: Industry professionals and companies listed in our database maintain their own policies regarding submissions, including policies on unsolicited material. Inclusion of a contact in our database does not constitute a representation that the contact accepts submissions, will respond to your outreach, or will review your material. You are responsible for checking and respecting any published submission policies of the individuals and companies you contact.
25. Hosted Material
25.01Overview: The Service includes a feature ("Hosted Material") that allows you to upload creative material (such as scripts, lookbooks, pitch documents or similar files) which we host and make available via a link that you can share with recipients of your choosing. Where you use Hosted Material in connection with your outreach, copies served to recipients may be individually watermarked with recipient details, and we record engagement data (such as whether and when your material was opened) and report it back to you.
25.02You Retain All Rights: We take your creative work seriously. You retain full ownership of, and all intellectual property rights in, any material you upload to Hosted Material. We claim no ownership of your material whatsoever. You host your work at your own valuation and choose who to share it with.
25.03Limited Licence to Operate the Feature: By uploading material, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, reproduce, watermark, format and transmit your material solely as necessary to operate the Hosted Material feature and deliver it to the recipients you direct it to. This licence exists only for as long as your material remains hosted and terminates automatically when you remove it. We will never use, publish, share, analyse for our own purposes, or make available to other users any material you upload to Hosted Material.
25.04Your Warranties: By uploading material, you represent and warrant that: (i) you own the material or have all rights necessary to host and share it; (ii) the material does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party; and (iii) the material is not unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise in breach of these Terms. You are solely responsible for the material you host and for your decision to share it with any recipient.
25.05Link Access: Hosted Material is made available via a unique URL. While these URLs are not published, indexed or listed anywhere by us, anyone in possession of the link may be able to access the material. Access protection depends on you controlling who you share the link with. You acknowledge that you share links at your own discretion and risk, and we are not responsible for access by any party with whom you (or a recipient) have shared a link.
25.06Watermarking Limitations: Per-recipient watermarking is provided as a deterrent against unauthorised distribution and an aid to identifying the source of a leak. It does not and cannot prevent a recipient from copying, downloading, screenshotting, or otherwise distributing your material. We make no warranty that watermarking will prevent misuse of your material, and we accept no liability for any unauthorised use, copying or distribution of your material by any recipient or third party.
25.07Removal and Retention: You may remove your material from Hosted Material at any time through your account. Upon removal, the material is deleted from our systems and any previously shared links will cease to function. Watermarked copies are generated on demand at the time of viewing and are not stored by us. We store your source material only for as long as you choose to keep it hosted.
25.08Not a Backup Service: Hosted Material is a distribution tool, not a storage or backup service. You must retain your own master copies of all material. We are not liable for any loss of material, and we recommend you never treat the Service as the sole copy of any work.
25.09Our Rights: We reserve the right to remove any hosted material that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable law, and to suspend or withdraw the Hosted Material feature (in whole, or for any individual account) where we suspect misuse. Where practicable, we will notify you before or promptly after removal.
26. Free Tools
26.01Overview: The Service includes free tools made available to registered users and, in some cases, unregistered visitors. These currently include the PDF Watermark tool and the Slate & One-Pager Creator (together with any tools we add from time to time, "Free Tools"). Free Tools are provided free of charge as an aid to your professional career.
26.02No Storage of Your Files: Files you upload to, and documents you generate with, the PDF Watermark tool and the Slate & One-Pager Creator are processed in order to deliver your output and are not stored on our servers. Once your output has been generated and delivered to you, we retain no copy of your uploaded files or generated documents. You retain all rights in any material you process through Free Tools and in the outputs generated from your own material.
26.03Fair Use: Free Tools are provided for your personal, professional use. You agree not to abuse them, including by: using automated means to access them; using them at a volume or in a manner intended to circumvent usage limits; reselling access to them or offering their outputs as a commercial service to third parties; or using them to process material you do not have the right to use. We may apply usage limits or rate limiting to Free Tools at our discretion.
26.04Suspension for Misuse: We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently remove access to any or all Free Tools for any account or visitor we reasonably suspect of misuse or mistreatment of the tools, without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
26.05No Warranty: Free Tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis with no warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Free Tool at any time without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so, nor for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, any Free Tool or its outputs.
27. Opportunities Directory
27.01Overview: The Service may include a directory of industry opportunities (the "Opportunities Directory"), listing items such as open auditions, open casting calls, writing programmes, development schemes, competitions and submission windows relevant to actors, writers and directors. The Opportunities Directory is provided as a free informational resource to aid your career.
27.02Third-Party Information: Information in the Opportunities Directory is compiled from third-party public sources, in part using automated monitoring. The opportunities listed are operated entirely by third parties. We are not affiliated with, do not endorse, and are not responsible for any listed opportunity, its provider, its selection process, or its outcome. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute a recommendation.
27.03No Warranty of Accuracy or Timeliness: While we work to keep the Opportunities Directory accurate and current, opportunity details (including opening dates, deadlines, eligibility criteria and application requirements) are set by third parties and may change at any time without notice. We do not warrant that any information in the directory is accurate, complete, or up to date. Listings may be out of date, and dates or details may be incorrect, including by a number of days or more.
27.04Your Due Diligence: You are solely responsible for carrying out your own due diligence before relying on or applying to any listed opportunity, including verifying all dates, deadlines, eligibility criteria and application requirements directly with the official source.
27.05No Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, MISSED DEADLINE, UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICATION, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE OPPORTUNITIES DIRECTORY OR ANY INFORMATION CONTAINED IN IT, OR FROM YOUR DEALINGS WITH ANY THIRD PARTY LISTED IN IT.

28.01Overview: The Service includes features that use artificial intelligence ("AI") to analyse user-submitted data and generate outputs. These currently include the Strategy Review feature and the Typecast Me feature (collectively, "AI Features"). We may introduce additional AI Features from time to time. AI Features are powered by Anthropic, a third-party AI provider, via their commercial API.
28.02Strategy Review: The Strategy Review feature analyses your outreach data to generate a written review of your outreach strategy. For actor users, this includes your publicly available Spotlight profile data, your email templates stored within the Service, and your outreach performance metrics (including open rates, click rates, and recipient targeting data). For writer and director users, the Strategy Review analyses your email templates, materials and outreach performance metrics only; it does not analyse, and we do not provide feedback on, the content or quality of your creative work (such as your scripts or films). Strategy Reviews are generated using a combination of AI analysis and human editorial review. Every review is reviewed and may be edited by a member of our team before it is published to your account. By submitting your Spotlight PIN or URL (for actor reviews), or by submitting a Strategy Review request (for creative reviews), you provide your explicit consent for us to combine the relevant data described above and transmit it to Anthropic's API for AI-assisted analysis.
28.03Typecast Me: The Typecast Me feature analyses a headshot image that you upload to generate an entertainment-oriented assessment of your likely casting type. By uploading a headshot image to the Typecast Me feature, you provide your explicit consent for us to transmit that image to Anthropic's API for analysis. The Typecast Me feature is available to both registered users and unregistered visitors. Unregistered visitors may use the feature up to three (3) times, after which account registration is required to continue use.
28.04Data Processing by Anthropic: Data submitted through AI Features is processed by Anthropic under their commercial API terms. Under these terms: (i) Anthropic does not use any data submitted through their API to train AI models; (ii) API inputs and outputs are retained by Anthropic for up to seven (7) days for trust and safety monitoring purposes, after which they are automatically deleted; and (iii) Anthropic's commercial terms explicitly prohibit the use of customer content for model training. We have no control over Anthropic's internal data handling practices beyond the contractual commitments described above, and we are not liable for any breach of those commitments by Anthropic.
28.05Accuracy and Limitations: AI-generated content is produced by machine learning models and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or subjective assessments that do not reflect our views or professional advice. Strategy Reviews are reviewed and may be edited by our team prior to publication, but we do not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any AI-generated output. Typecast Me results are generated entirely by AI and are intended for entertainment and general guidance only. You should not rely on any output from AI Features as professional career advice, and you use AI Features and their outputs entirely at your own risk.
28.06Consent and Opt-In: Use of AI Features is voluntary. You opt in to AI data processing each time you actively submit data to an AI Feature: for Strategy Reviews, by submitting your request via the request form (including your Spotlight PIN or URL where applicable); for Typecast Me, by uploading a headshot image. A notice is displayed on the Strategy Review portal page confirming that reviews are generated using AI analysis and human editorial review. If you do not wish your data to be processed by AI, do not submit data to AI Features. Your decision not to use AI Features will not affect your access to any other part of the Service.
28.07Data Retention for AI Features: Strategy Review data (including the AI-generated analysis and the published review) is stored indefinitely within your account so that you may access it at any time. If you wish to have your Strategy Review data deleted, you may request this by contacting us in writing at support@getrepped.co.uk, and we will comply within a reasonable timeframe. Typecast Me data (including uploaded headshot images and generated result images) is retained for up to ninety (90) days to allow you to re-access and share your results, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted.
28.08Intellectual Property in AI Outputs: You may use the outputs generated by AI Features (including Strategy Review reports and Typecast Me result images) for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, including sharing on social media. You may not resell, redistribute for commercial gain, or represent AI-generated outputs as professional advice provided by a third party. We retain the right to use anonymised and aggregated data derived from AI Features for the purposes of improving the Service.
28.09Modification and Discontinuation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI Feature at any time, with or without notice, including by changing the underlying AI provider. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of AI Features.
28.10Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Repped Ltd from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of AI Features, including but not limited to claims arising from: (i) your submission of data that you do not have the right to share; (ii) your reliance on AI-generated outputs; or (iii) your distribution or publication of AI-generated outputs.
