You have seven shots and they cover a nice spread of casting energies, from warm and commercial through to darker and more intense. That said, seven is slightly more than you need and a couple feel quite similar in tone. Trimming to five or six of your strongest would keep the gallery tight and avoid any redundancy. One shot looks noticeably different in quality and setting from the rest, which suggests it may be from a different session or time period. Worth making sure every image in the gallery reflects how you look right now.
You have recent credits on Netflix and with Disney, both from this year. Those are current, recognisable credits and they should be the first thing an agent reads after your opening line. Right now they are bundled into a long list of companies that an agent will skim past. Pull out two or three of your strongest credits by name, then mention the other companies you have worked with. That gives the agent a reason to click your Spotlight.
Over a third of your sends have been clicked through. That tells you agents are reading your email and going to look at your Spotlight, which is a really encouraging sign. The gap between opens and clicks suggests the email content is converting well. With the tweaks discussed above, particularly leading with your strongest credits, you should see that engagement hold or climb.
